Profile: ASU Alumni Association

There are over 310,000 ASU alumni worldwide, located in all corners of the globe. The thing that unites all Sun Devils - besides a degree from ASU – is our shared memories and stake in this place we call our alma mater. The ASU Alumni Association is our common expression of this sentiment.

All living ASU alumni are called to join the ASU Alumni Association and support our efforts to serve and unite all alumni, and create a stronger alumni and university community. The activities of the alumni association fall into several areas.

To connect alumni to their alma mater and each other

• Production of ASU Magazine, newsletters and e-mails that communicate with alumni on a regular basis
• Organizing Homecoming and class reunions festivities
• Membership campaigns to bring more alumni into the family

Serving alumni

• Upkeep of records and the alumni directory
• Provide online information and services through this Web site
• Arrangement of travel, career and other beneficial programs
• Obtaining special benefits and discounts for members

Recognizing excellence

• Identify and recognize exemplary alumni through the Founders' Day Awards, Homecoming Awards, etc.

Advancing the university

• Alumni advocacy network
• Provide scholarships for future Sun Devils
• Increase ASU’s prestige through alumni participation
